Once a custom-made order is confirmed and production has started, cancellation, exchange, or return may not be possible unless the product received is damaged, defective, or different from the confirmed order details.

All prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. Product prices may vary depending on size, color, customization, material, design, availability, currency conversion, shipping destination, or other applicable charges.

The final price payable will be displayed during checkout before order confirmation.

6. Payments

Marching Antz offers worldwide shipping. Most orders are dispatched within 5 to 7 working days; however, delivery time may vary depending on product type, customization, order volume, shipping location, courier delays, customs clearance, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Custom-made products may require additional production time before dispatch.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Marching Antz will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address, wrong contact number, unavailable recipient, customs issues, or courier-related delays.

9. International Orders, Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, local charges, or clearance fees may apply as per the destination country’s rules. These charges are not controlled by Marching Antz and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are advised to check their local customs and import policies before placing an international order.

10. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges may be accepted only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect as compared to the confirmed order.

To request a return or exchange, the customer must contact Marching Antz within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with clear photos/videos of the issue, order details, and packaging condition.

Returned products must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and sent back in their original packaging with all tags/accessories, wherever applicable.

Custom-made, personalized, altered, or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or incorrectly made.

11. Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible after placing the order. If the order has already been processed, dispatched, or moved into customization/production, cancellation may not be possible.

Marching Antz reserves the right to approve or reject cancellation requests based on the order status.

Leather products require proper care to maintain their quality and life. Customers are advised to keep leather products away from excess moisture, direct heat, harsh chemicals, sharp objects, and prolonged direct sunlight.

Marching Antz will not be responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper storage, rough handling, exposure to water, chemical cleaning, wear and tear, or lack of proper care.
